Juncos
a huge flock of juncos
singing so beautifully
flitting around the trees, the grass,
in and out of the cedars
their song en masse
allowing me to awaken with them and the earth this spring

mmmmmmmm pure deliciousness!
cool breezes.
good for doing chores.
The warm day breezes tell me to enjoy the last days of summer.
The cool day breezes tell me that fall is soon.
The sunflowers remind me to turn to the light.
The change of seasons is so wonderful.
My summer has been filled with the colour of all the flowers in our garden. The columbines were abundant and exquisite. The sounds of the the birds calling filled my days along with the scent of lavender that I have hanging to dry.
The day breezes take me away . I follow the “sh” sound of the poplars.
Life is good in the forest.
The forest is a place of discovery….
this year the bloodroot was such a beautiful and delightful surprise!
So cool out and yet such a delicate and strong life emerges….
reminds me of how the the powerhouse croucus’ with their tender stem and pedals amaze me when they
rise through the snow!
so tiny and yet so full of life!
The breezes are filled with the fragrance of lilac and lilly of the valley.
So refreshing.
The forest is a collection of greens…the only break is the bits of brown of bark and the path peeking out.
Birds singing fill my ears…then it is still…..to my delight another breeze blows and the poplars sing!
What an amazing world.

Autumn brings change. Some fear change. Accepting the change helps us to see the beauty in all the browns and wonderful moments like wearing brown and blending into the forest! How great! – Marg
A fear in your life will not go away by ignoring or denying it, it will only be overcome by facing it and accepting it. – Ganesh
An arrogant intellectual, discussing complicated philosophical problems, sought to confuse the Master.
Paramahansaji said, smiling: “Truth is never afraid of questions.”
- From “Sayings of Paramahansa Yogananda”
The Autumn is an opportunity for us to see clearly through the forest. If we access our courage we can face our illusions and allow them to fall away before Winter sets in. – Marg
